We don’t choose to visit the dentist; we do it because we know it prevents pain and disease, helps us keep our teeth for life and enables us to wear a smile with confidence. We do, however, get to decide which dental practice to visit and we invite you to place your confidence and dental wellbeing in our capable hands.
After 30 years of caring for the community in Frinton-on-Sea, we have earned the confidence and respect of local people and grow primarily through their welcome recommendation.

I have been using Michael Dooley since I was a kid. I'm always greeted with warm smiles from the receptionists who are always very friendly and keen to assist with any queries. Michael is very professional and explains each step in depth to help comfort me on work being carried out.Highly recommend this Dental Surgery if you are located within the area.

The receptionists were really welcoming and friendly when i arrived.I felt very happy with dentist 'Suki' and her dental nurse 'Lauran' while i was there and would recommend them.

As a very nervous patient I had to have a tooth extraction today and can not praise Dentist enough. From the receptionist and dental nurse to the Dentist himself who put me right at ease I can honestly say I will continue to attend my appointments now. And pain Free. Thank you all.

Been going to this dental practice for a few years. They are always lovely and friendly. I recently had composite bonding and whitening at a very reasonable price. Pedram done a fantastic job and now I can't stop smiling. Thankyou.

I am being honest. I have used other dentists and when I changed to "The Old Library Dental & Implant Centre" I was so pleased and happy with the service. It is EXCELLENT. The reception staff was so polite and friendly. The dentist I had was Dr Pedram. He was so experienced and friendly. I have to recommend this Dentist Centre as it IS THE BEST in the area. I've had alot of experience with dentist over the years and can honestly say that this was the best. Everyone is friendly, kind and helpful. The treatment I received was fantastic and I'm very pleased with the results. Strange thing to say but it was a pleasure going to the dentist.

Amazing dental clinic, friendly members of staff!!! Pedrum and the dental nurse were absolutely fantastic!!! I had my teeth done abroad, and it did not work out well for me. Pedrum has been extremely patient with me because my teeth are so sensitive. He has done a wonderful job so far!!! I will keep coming back for checkups. In fact, I am planning to sign my husband up, too!

I came to old library dentist with a large gap between my front teeth and wanted some advice. Pedram was fantastic and advised getting 6 porcelain veneers which I did and I cannot believe the difference it has made to my looks and confidence. The whole experience including the reception staff and dental nurse was amazing they are all so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this dentist. In fact my husband now goes there now too.

I have only ever received first class treatment and care at The Old Library Dental and Implant Centre. From my dentist, Dr Dooley, through all of the support staff, I cannot praise them highly enough. Only occasionally is it slightly 'painful' - and that's just down to my teeth!

I booked in for an implant and was quite nervous but everyone put me at ease ,from the very nice friendly receptionist to Pedram the implant specialist ! He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and today was the completion and I am very happy with the results , I would recommend The Old Library to anyone .

I have recently had an implant and crown fitted by Dr Pedram Hejazifar and I have to say they are excellent.It is the first time I have used this surgery and found everyone to be very professional and friendly.Would not hesitate to recommend especially if you are a nervous patient as I was certainly put at ease throughout.

Wonderful friendly feel to the practice. All of the receptionists are efficient and personable too.My husband is under Mr Michael Dooley who is an absolutely wonderful dentist and very caring. I have recently had some dentistry performed by Pedram and was also delighted by how my treatment went & he made me feel very calm throughout. I would thoroughly recommend either of these dentists.

I visited for the first time yesterday and was very happy with everything. Sharman on reception was very helpful and put me at ease. I am a very nervous patient as I’ve had bad dentists in the past, but when I met Dr Pedram Hejazefar he was so professional, friendly and caring and made me feel reassured. He is an asset to the Old Library Dental Surgery and I highly recommend him, especially if you are dentally phobic like me. I am booked to see the Hygienist next week and I’m not so nervous now. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental surgery to anyone living in the Frinton area as the service they provide is first class.Thank you Dr Pedram for making my first visit a great experience.

Had an appointment today for a broken tooth receptionist very helpful yesterday and as usual Mr Dooley brilliant fixed my front tooth absolutely perfect you’d never know. I have tried other dentists years ago but this is the best dentist I have ever had. Thank you 😀

Michael Dooley and his hygienist Andy have been looking after my teeth for many many years and I’ve always found them both excellentI recently broke one of my front teeth, Mr. Dooley and his excellent office team agreed to see me within a couple of days, within 20 minutes of arriving the tooth was repaired, I couldn’t even tell which one I had actually broken! Just brilliant, thank you Michael Dooley and your team

The best Dental Practice in Frinton on Sea! The whole team are very friendly from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile from the reception team and in surgery with the Dentist and the Dental Nurse. Everyone is very professional, very happy to be a patient here.

I’ve been going here since I was a little girl I’m now 28 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mr dooley is Fantastic. I now take my son there too who they are fantastic with. Wouldn’t have anyone else look after his teeth. Thank you for always looking after us and a pleasant experience.

Been going here for years and would highly recommend. Always greeted with a smile and a bit of conversation from Sharman (receptionist) and Suki (dentist). Suki always takes the trouble to explain what she is doing. Thoroughly professional - all.

Everyone was lovely, kind and seemed genuinely interested in helping and making you feel better. My hygienist was lovely, kept me calm and massively reduced my nerves. He explained the whole process of what I was having done, making sure I understood every step. Also gave me good advice on how to keep my teeth healthy. Highly recommend.

My first visit to the Old Library was a couple of weeks ago , having been with my previous dentist for 26years!! I was a bit apprehensive , but immediately felt at ease when I met my dentist , Pedram , a kind ,caring @ really proffectional young man , calm @ explained all he intended todo ....was a good experience for me ..would highly recommend this dentist !!!!

Definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. Went on recommendation and I'm so glad I did. The staff are friendly, straight away putting you at ease. Suki was great at doing what needed to be done and talking me through future steps. The procedure was quick and comfortable. I actually feel fine about returning for follow up treatment.

Extreme care was taken to ensure I felt no pain when I had the nerve in my tooth extracted - which obviously could have been very painful.I would, therefore, not hesitate to have any further treatment in the future with Dr Pedram Hejazifar.

Not being a fan of dentists, i approached The Old Library surgery for implants. My experience with them was all good. I have quite a lot of work done and i did not feel a thing. NO pain during or after the treatment. I had a plan drew. I knew what i was paying beforehand and what work needed doing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely receptionist and the dentist and his assistant were marvellous. I felt assured with them and they always made me feel welcome and at ease. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all. I have been with micheal dooley for many many years and also my husband at the old libary dental surgery excelent service i was extremely nervous when i first went but was put at ease straight away everything is explained to you from when you first go in and all through your treatment everyone at the practice are so helpful would recommend 100 % would not go anywhere else. gloria & bob harding ....

They are very good have had a lot of problems this year due to COVID etc nothing is never to much trouble suki will always talk to you on the phone if you have problems and the ladies on reception will are very helpful I have been going here for over twenty years and I can’t fault the service

You are always made to feel welcome at The Old Library Dental Surgery. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and spacious. I think Suki is the best dentist I have ever had! She really cares about her patients and is a great dentist - I always trust her decisions.
